Service Description

Gospel brings people together like no other genre of music and embodies hope, a zest for life and peaceful coexistence. Encounters with Adrienne & Marco Morgan Hammond leave a lasting impression. The spirited (now) European (whose grandfather was a Baptist pastor in Louisiana) has a unique gift for connecting with people. And Marco’s dynamic piano playing elevates the workshop to a higher level, almost as if the spirit of a Baptist service were flowing through the entire event. The selected pieces are learnt without sheet music, just as they still are today in the congregations of Louisiana. No prior experience is necessary; it’s all about the shared joy and fun of singing! And even without an audition, everyone finds their place in the right vocal range. Let yourself be inspired by the enthusiasm of these two artists and rediscover your voice. This is an experience that carries over into everyday life long after the workshop weekend! The duration given is an approximate guide and can be tailored to individual needs.
