Hello there!

About me

Her roots are gospel, her future is pop – and pulsating between it all is the purest, most soulful jazz. With her velvety voice, shifting between power and the most delicate emotion, Adrienne Morgan Hammond captivates critics and audiences alike. Since her solo debut CD "It's Me," which earned her the title "The New Voice of Jazz" from the international press, the singer and composer has enchanted her audiences with a fusion of ethereal melodies, powerful rhythms, dynamic arrangements, and profound lyrics. Her guiding principle is clear: "Music breathes life into your soul."BIOGRAPHY

Mission

When she sings, her soul speaks.

There's this breathy, delicate timbre. Her interpretations of the often recored Jazz standards brings new life to the songs and leaves the audicence wanting more.

Those who listen to her sense her longings, her compassion for the suffering, and understanding of those in pain.

But one also hears the tranquility from which she draws strength. And then there are these powerful outbursts of euphoria.

Whether she's dancing through the audience or jamming with her fellow musicians, her incredible zest for life shines through. She impresses at every moment with her unconditional authenticity and her commitment to a more livable world.

Vision

Perhaps the reason for her strong commitment to international understanding lies in her childhood. Born in California and raised in serval states of North America, Japan and the Philippines, Adrienne experienced herself from an early age of this concept of "one world," beyond cultural and linguistic differences.

or religious differences.

With musicians and singers from all corners of the globe, she raises her voice against racism of any kind. In the tradition of Martin Luther King Jr., she poses the question in her song, which was chosen as the anthem of Europride 2002:

'Isn't it time that we share in this dream,

living together as one?'
